Mr. Hagan established the firm in 1996 when he moved the law practice from Memhis,TN. Our areas of practice include personal injury, all aspects of domestic law, business law, construction and business litigation, and criminal law. Our criminal practice is devoted almost exclusively to Collierville and Germantown Criminal Courts and we handle DUI's, misdemeanor charges, assault, theft and domestic voilence cases.
